You can book directly through our online platform or by phone. For returning clients, we also offer account-based booking.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance for standard service, and 7–10 days in advance for special events or high-demand weekends.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance receive a full refund. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged the full fare.

Can I make multiple stops or changes to my route?

Yes. All trips can be tailored to your itinerary. Simply let us know your needs in advance, or communicate with your chauffeur in real time during the trip.
